Christmas day calories

On the radio this morning, they said the average person consumes over 7,000 calories on Christmas day. 3,000 of those are eaten by 2pm. I've never once thought in all of my years I ate that much on Christmas day. Hmm.....maybe all of the cookies did me in. lol

That's a lot of calories. I am not surprised after watching my family pile on the food for Thanksgiving!

I am sooooo glad I did not take part in that madness. Thankful for my sleeve!!!

I remember Christmases that I had food (usually cookies) in my mouth just about every minute of the day!

Me too! Especially the last couple of years. Never imagined that many calories though. Lol!

Pretty sure back in the day that would describe me. The cookies are always what do me in- high calorie and easy to put a lot down.
