How do I upload pics

So decided to re-calculate my BMI, says I am still obese. I had surgery 4 months ago. Since surgery I have lost 44lbs and have about 40 more to go...still a little discouraged..

I wanted to upload pic, but It wont let me ???

Click the MY OH drop down box, select photos. You'll have to 'create' an album. An icon will appear, click & upload. 

Can I then upload into my post?

When you post there's a menu above the post box. You may be able to use the pic icon to the left of the smiley icon. I don't know for sure. I only know uploading to a photo album.

if you want a profile pic, go to your profile page & click on your avatar to upload. Sorry, not much help for post photos.
