Pics are a great size now.... and my, what nice progress!  Just stay the path until you reach goal and adjust when needed.  Love your outlook!  I am a teacher obviously, and holy smokes who knew our field would be vilified so dramatically so that private companies could rape our children.  Terrible, terrible policies are being cranked out now and I fear the most for our poorest and highest risk students.  But hey, that is a giant soapbox I can preach from and this is not the time.... because you are rocking your sleeve, changing your life, and getting things done proper!!  Congrats to you!!

Wow, good for you! You've done a great job... you look wonderful! And that's amazing that you're so close to being in the "overweight" catagory! I am in the "moderation" camp as well. I think that is the best way to go personally. I know that for me its the only way that will work. Anyways, congrats and happy new year!

Thanks a bunch! As of this morning, I AM OVERWEIGHT! Moderation seems to work for me, but I think the key is to remember that it CAN be a slippery slope. If you find yourself slipping into old habits and can't find a way to get out of them, then moderation is NOT going to work. "Know thyself" is the most important thing if you plan to try to live in moderation.

Compliments !!!

Great work !

Just so you know.... my message has always been..... moderation is a dangerous word....... not impossible, you clearly understand the word.

It is undeniable that more obese fail at moderation than succeed.......

Keep that teaching degree up to date.......it can come in handy one day if you don't use it for the conventional system.

I'm in the process of putting together a new side business based on food and nutrition that looks like it can do well....... food got my body fat, now food may get my bank fat......weird how things work out....

Congrats on a great 6 months.....

Thanks, Frisco. I agree with you that moderation IS a dangerous word. I think it's like having a pet python... Sure, it can be great and it can work, but you HAVE TO be conscious of the potential danger. You'd be foolish not to!

I'm definitely going to keep the teaching license up. I may not want to use t now, but I'm so early in my working career, that who knows what the future might hold!

BEST of luck with your new business! ...just maybe don't include the SPAM
