9 days out from surgery

I was resleeved and had a hernia repair on December 28th.  I cannot say enough about the level of Forrest Psrk medical center.  They did all they could to keep me comfortable.  The first two days I had suction going through my nose sucking anything that may geti into my stomach.  This was painful.  I couldn't eat or drink for two days.   I'm down 9lbs from day of surgery.  I hoe this weight loss is a tred that keeps on coming.  I on a liquid diet forts more weeks.  But I've really gotten used to it.  What I can't get used to is crushing up pills and taking them.  GAG.  Thanks for the support on this form

Congrats on the surgery! You'll be feeling better before you know it. One question, you say that you were "resleeved" did you have VSG before?

How come were you resleeved????

I had vsg before in 2007.  It worked well for me until life hit me like a ton of bricks last Saturday.  So my pouch stretched out and the surgeon and I decided to resleeve to a smaller sleeve. 

Congratulations on your weight loss! But I'm sorry you've had so much pain. I hope it has faded or at least as fading.
