Today is my 2nd day at the new job and I managed to get my workouts in before heading to work on both days so far. For the next couple of weeks it will not be any troubles, but sooner or later I will have to start traveling with this job and that is when it is going to get tougher.

I did an hour Orange Theory class this morning and the current plan is to go for a 5 mile run this evening. We'll see how that works out.

I hope things will go great for you in your new job!  

I did 5 laps in the pool (not all at once though), 30 minutes on treadmill and weightlifting.  I just love the pool.

off to the pool tonight, day 2 dedicated week of exercise. water aerobics and swim time. Little sore from yesterday. will trudge onward.

My spin class last night was great. I had sweat underneath my bike when I was done. Burned 407 calories!

 I can not wait until I can fit into my bike shorts, I could use the special padding.  :)

Tonight it's strength training.  Upper body and then 20 min of the Stair Master. I will increase my speed to level 4.  I have until March 23 (The Big Climb)  to get my goal time for 69 floors to 20 mins. or less.

3 mile run/jog/walk 

Fitness Pilates - my first Pilates class and my tailbone is killing me. Besides that, the class was awesome.

Short burst of jogging then I set up circuit training in my family room.  weights stability ball and stairs were all utilized.  Did the circuit for 50 minutes.

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

I will be heading to the gym in a few minutes to tackle week 1 day 2 of C25K.  Maybe hit some weights if I am not too exhausted afterwards. :)
