I Worked Out Today! Did You? - Tuesday
Today is my 2nd day at the new job and I managed to get my workouts in before heading to work on both days so far. For the next couple of weeks it will not be any troubles, but sooner or later I will have to start traveling with this job and that is when it is going to get tougher.
I did an hour Orange Theory class this morning and the current plan is to go for a 5 mile run this evening. We'll see how that works out.

I did 5 laps in the pool (not all at once though), 30 minutes on treadmill and weightlifting. I just love the pool.

My spin class last night was great. I had sweat underneath my bike when I was done. Burned 407 calories!
I can not wait until I can fit into my bike shorts, I could use the special padding. :)
Tonight it's strength training. Upper body and then 20 min of the Stair Master. I will increase my speed to level 4. I have until March 23 (The Big Climb) to get my goal time for 69 floors to 20 mins. or less.
