United healthcare recently updated their policy on bariatric surgery for 2014. Check online see if you can find the updated policy.

Thank you Jujubslim, I will look. But when I called they stated my policy is different because i work for them and they don't cover it :-(. But i'll look anyways!

Here is the update. Read through it see if you qualify now. This is their standard policy however certain employers may have things they dont want to cover that deviates from their standard. However when you follow up it's always good to use their own policy as a reference. Good Luck!

Be strong keep GOD first HE will make the way I know how you fill it took me 3yrs. I just had my surgery back in DEC. last year so I know it same hard but don't worry pray about everything and don't worry live the outcome to GOD. BE BLESS! looking forward to hearing the good news it is already done!
