5 weeks today!

It's been 5 weeks since my sleeve today! I know I've lost about 24 lbs total including two weeks prior to surgery. Even my sweet little pooch is slimming down. We are walking every single day and adding to our walk a little bit each time! Nothing crazy-just wanted to share with "someone" who would understand.

I am at 5 weeks too! Good for you for walking. I am struggling getting the exercise in. Keep up the good work :)

Thanks ladies!!! I'm in NC near Charlotte and even though it's gotten a little chilly here the pooch and I are doing at least a mile a day-usually 2+.
Walked the other night-thermostat said 25 degrees-weather said yeah but feels like 12. Trust me-it felt like 12!!!

Congrats my fellow 5 weeker! Get out that and tear it up!!!
