Soft foods
So I've almost hit week 4 but I've been on softs for a week. I find that cottage cheese fills me up with maybe 2oz but if it's Greek yogurt I can eat almost all of the 5.3 oz container. My question is the yogurt sliding through; therefore, not causing any restriction? Is this an opportunity to practice under eating my sleeve? Most of my calories and protein are still coming from priemier rtd protein shakes. Thanks for any input
