I had some good ones:

(1) Reached a maintenance area (still making adjustments)

(2) Dropped 2% body fat while holding weight constant in the back half of the month

(3) Have gone all-in now on exercise

(4) Training for 10k with my only goal: To run the whole d**n thing with no walking (not there yet)

I broke out of my winter funk, threw away the chips and candy and got back to work!  Walked/ran the Polar Dash 5K, and lost 6 pounds for the month.

Started working out. Have lost 50 pounds pre-post surgery.

such a good idea. January for me is a yucky month. But on the good side, down 6#, ordered a total gym for home, should be here tomorrow Back to exercise club twice a week. Another pile of clothes to go to goodwill or Salvation Army. Have a great Feb. all.

Watched my BMI move from the 60s to the 50s

Bought a recumbent bike (and actually use it)

Return to work and figure out an eating/supplement schedule that is easy to follow

Notice that my clothes are not as snug as they once were, and that some are too big and can be discarded

Started cooking healthy food for myself and enjoy it
