why oh why

Am I the only one out there that cannot get my ticker to work???  all I have is a little box.  I have deleted and redone the darn thing several times...  Any suggestions??

It's not you. OH has been having glitches for several weeks now. Mine goes and comes and I have to completely delete it and make a new one pretty often.

Mine does it too. I may take a few minutes to make a text ticker since the ones from OH don't seem to work very well.

Instead of redoing it completely, try going into Edit and changing the mode. In other words, if you currently have your ticker set to show how many pounds you've lost, change it to show how many pounds you have to go to goal. Save it that way, then switch it back and save it again. I find that usually fixes mine, although sometimes I have to do it a couple of times before it "takes".

I do wish OH would fix the issue at the source, however!

Mine goes and comes too. Pam, you are right. This worked for me, and also clicking your name > Settings > Message board. I had 4 tickers in there (2 duplicate ones). I deleted the duplicates, then clicked my name > View Profile and messed around in the "Edit Introduction" part and deleted 2 more duplicates. Seems to be working now.
