I don't own a scale so I go weigh once week on a scale
I had my surgery on Feb 8 with Dr Alvarez .
Since Monday I have lost 13 pounds, since January 2nd I've lost a total of 39 pounds.
Tomorrow I start phase 2 of my liquid diet YEA
