Bad advice from Keith
A few weeks back I asked Keith for exercise advice on my tailbone hurting and not being able to do Palates. He suggested squats and a lots of them. He even sent me a list of all sorts of different kind of squats. I have been going squats and squats and more squats.
This was such bad advice! Not only have I not been able to go to the Pilates class, but I have had such serious side effects.
Side effects
1. My perfectly flat sagging butt is higher and swollen. That extra flappy skin on my upper thighs is dissapearing. Boy I miss that skin.
2. My favorite pair of jeans are too big. Devistated...I did say they were my favorite pair.
3. My husband and friends have been making comments about my back side. How rude!
All this work and I still can't do Palates. Of course it might have something to do with the gym moving the class to Thursday opposite my barbell class. :)
*this is humor and I know Keith will understand. I want to thank him for all his advice and helping me get my "junk back in my trunk" and not having it hang off my back bumper.
Listen to Keith and some of the other vets. They have been through it and are generous enough to help the rest of us succeed.

With that said, I dread the day when I have to start following Keith's advice and my own huge saggy butt starts to disappear. My friends won't even recognize me without it, and I'm sure I'll have to retire my favorite outfits! And then, heavens to betsy, I'm bound to get rude comments about my back side too. The horrors!
