By soft food, I mean like solid foods that are soft, lol. Everyone has a different name for it it seems. Anyway, it's stage 3 of my diet and it will last a month. I'm good with that, lol. Anyway, what were some of your favorite foods during this phase? I bought some deli turkey meat at the store and plan to try that for lunch tomorrow, maybe with some light cream cheese if I can tolerate it. It's been hard so far to get my protein in so I'm gonna try to focus on more foods with protein. Quinoa is allowed in this stage and recommended. Anything else? Thanks

Try the Crustless Quiches (aka Egg Bites) from Eggface's website.  Tons of variations and very easy to digest.  My favorite is turkey and brie, and I add a little spinach.  Bliss!

I ate a lot of shrimp, scallops, salmon, and tuna at that stage -- in fact I still do!

I'm doing pretty well! I had 2 pieces of deli turkey with plain cream cheese and it went down well! I'm still working on chewing well and eating slowly, but so far so good! Thanks for asking!
