Meal Planning
For those of you who cook, how do you plan meals in these post-op days?
Has your meal planning changed since pre-op?
Do you plan meals once a week and shop once a week?
Or do you find that you do these things more often?
Do you cook for other people?
Do you make any adjustments for those people or do you all eat the same things?

If I don't meal plan and have things cooked I have a tendency to go for "something else"
Right now I try to plan, but I leave room to play it by ear.
Right now I live alone but that's going to change in a couple months, but it's easy to toss in some rice or something to the meals. He eats pretty clean or at least he will be unless he is going to cook for himself, which is an option.
This weeks plan involves spinach since I bought a HUGE Costco bag and want to utilize it and not let it go bad. So I found a couple recipes and will make them =)
I never used to meal plan before because I would end up just getting take out. I was / am such a food addict.
NOw I'm very into cooking. I live by myself half the week and with my son half the week. We tend to eat different things. I usssually Cooke 2 to 3 things for myself each week. I freeze about two thirds of each recipe. So we I only cook a couple of things each week, I tend to have good variety because I take leftovers in. The freezer. I have found some great recipes on blogs. My favorites are emilybites and skinnytaste.
