Surgery tomorrow and...

I am so sick of everyone asking me if I am nervous, which is actually making me more nervous.  I am beyond excited though!  I have waited almost a year for this!  I am so ready!

Exactly, be excited.  I am looking at this as my second chance at life.  Just dance around and enjoy.  I'm from the south, so when I'm asked, I go in a very deep southern drawl.... Nawww girl.   LOL

I didn't get nervous until the 30 minutes before it actually happened lol

I am a day after you and I keep getting the same questions :( which is making me more nervous. I have mixed emotions but have worked so hard to get here. Looking forward to a new tummy :) Good luck tomorrow.

Me, I get tired of the are you excited?, and I'm like ah no not really, I'm glad to be scheduled for the surgery but I have the what ifs in my head, like what if my insurance gets canceled out of the blue, what if my endo shows something funky on it, what if a hurricane Sandy blows in & the lights go out, what if blah, blah, blah. I'll get excited after I wake from surgery & they'll have to tell me I actually had it, cuz what if they went in & changed their mind. LOL Good Luck!

My surgery is tomorrow too...I'm excited and looking forward to starting a new journey. I'm no longer nervous because I know I made the best decision for my life. I have said my prayers and I know God heard my prayers. My faith is strong and I will not let bad thoughts block my excitement.
