It's almost the weekend, yay rah!  Last night I tried on an old L turtleneck of my partner's... and it fit.  It must be the largest L in existence, because I totally disbelieve that I'd be able to wear one at this point.

B: egg and tuna salad
S: 1/2 frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 1T collagen)
L: five spice cream cheese chicken with whatever green veg looks good when I'm at the store

Water and vites: on track
Exercise: a well deserved rest day

The collagen is something I'm experimenting with based on some research.  It's supposed to help with joint health.  This is one of the articles that inspired me to try it.  http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/gelatin-and-collagen- hydrolysate-whats-the-difference/

It's flavorless and adds a bit of protein as well.

I didn't know curry was also a spice used in Jamaican food!  I always consider it Middle Eastern or Thai...  Interesting.  Do you have some recipes you'd like to share?  I love to cook and ethnic foods are a favorite in my house!

I am one of the lucky women who do not have to cook since my husband LOVES to cook so I do not have any recipes.  However, everything is on the internet now so I'm sure if you Google "Jamaican Curry Chicken Recipes" or "Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipes" you will find a ton of recipes.  Make sure you use the Mild Jerk Chicken Sauce because the spicy really is spicy.
