S: 1 BD egg, 1 slice of reduced fat swiss (well, almost the whole slice)
L: Chicken Caldo soup (just the chicken breast, spices and a few bites of carrot)
S: Greek Yogurt
D: maybe a decaf Click Mocha shake unless it's more chicken (bawk, bawk!)
Water & Vits on track
Exercise: 30 minutes of "lift off"!!!

I tried on another L from my own closet today and it also fit. WOAH. I guess I might need to order a few L shirts in the not too distant future.
And yum eggs. The still sit like a lead brick in my stomach which is sad times since I love them so much.

I have colored my hair a Pippi Longstocking red so I really need to find a way to fix it It's nuclear! Other than that my day is pretty ho hum.

I have pneumonia, so big fat nothing to eat yesterday and today. I am SO annoyed. I'm drinking tons of water and going back to the doctor in a few hours....really, really hoping they don't admit me to the hospital because my husband is out of town and there is the matter of our three kids to deal with.
This isn't the way I want to lose weight :-/
