Whatcha eating VSGers? Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!
I have officially lost 50 pounds according to trendweight, since it counts your trending weight only. So that's a nice thing to see now! I'm sure my body will be screwed up this week for weight loss due to all of the extra exercise I've added to my life.
We're having new company over for dinner this evening, so I spent the morning so far getting ready for that. I'm always nervous to have new people over to the house, but hopefully all will go well.

When did you have surgery?
I don't know if this might be the culprit - but I have to take my multi with food otherwise nausea city!
And eggs still sit like a ton of bricks in my stomach :(

Hi, GwenMO,
My surgery was two weeks and two days ago, April 25, 2014.
Thanks for the tip. I realize now I took that multi on an empty stomach. I didn't understand why I normally don't have a problem with it. Even though it doesn't taste awesome, it tastes better than most, to me. It's the Bariatric Fusion Orange Creme wafer.
I'm not really feeling the loss on scrambled eggs. They weren't ever my favorite anyway. :-) I wouldn't mind having some fried over easy in butter, but I don't think that's necessarily sleeve-friendly either!
I hit the 40 pound down mark this morning...
B- Strawberry and Kiwi protein shake
L- 4 oz. mini shells with tuna and low fat mayo
S- a 1.5 oz bag of beef jerky ( great source of protein)
D- 2oz. grilled ribeye steak and 1/4 cup asparagus with mushrooms.
Exercise- rest today
V- done.
W- on track to include a protein 2o water
I would like to know what the froyo protein popsicle is...sounds kind of tasty....
