First foamies/slimeys

Took meds tonight and had trouble getting one down so had to drink extra water... Ugh. First foamies/slimeys. Very unpleasant. :(

the one thing i wish would go away is the foamies... hate them..,,,

My sister who is 2.5 years out gets the foamies.  I never have with the sleeve, common with the band, I didn't even realize people did with the vsg until my sister was sleeved.
