liquid preop diet day 1

I went out yesterday for my last supper and thoroughly enjoyed it. Today I started my preop liquid diet. It hasn't been too bad yet. Every time I thought I was hungry I just pulled out my phone and took a good look at my very unflattering before pics. 13 days to go till surgery!

Tonight was my last hurrah ... We had KFC for dinner. Tomorrow I start my optifast with surgery on June 12th. Good luck!
