I would definitely check with your doctor because this could depend on each patient. I don't want you to start something your physician don't think you are ready for. I would double check to make sure. I just listen to my body. I am not sure if everyone gets cleared at 10 days or not. Be careful and get clearance before doing anything too strenuous.
