Happy Memorial Day to the USians!  I'll be celebrating by grilling, like a real American ;)  I also had my monthly massage today and I'm feeling great.  My therapist was super complimentary about my body's changes!  

1: frankenshake + miralax
2: leftover chipotle
3: grill smoked sirloin tip roast w/ leeks with lemon dijon vinaigrette
4: froyo protein popsicle

Water and vites: on track
Exercise: REST DAY! (Both gyms are closed today, so I got a massage instead.)

Enjoy the grilling!  I have to get on a plane tonight for work, so no BBQ for me.  But I have had a great long weekend. 

B - egg whites, ham, strawberries

L - buffalo chicken w/ pea pods

S - big train frappe (protein shake @ airport)

D - greek yogurt w/ blueberries 

S - carrots & yogurt dressing

W - yes

B. 1 sausage and 3 tiny bits of a very thin pancake... ( I felt guilty so stopped... it's my daughter's bday  breakfast)

D. Burger with cheese 1/2 , and maybe some salad..

W. Slow

B:  vanilla greek yogurt with a fresh strawberry

L:  leftover pulled pork

D:  Grilled Oriental Chicken Salad from Applebees (I ate less than half the chicken and a few forkfulls of the salad.  Seemed like a waste but it tasted so good!  Kept the leftover chicken, and brought the salad to my sister.)

S:  egg salad

was also a little bad and had a little diet coke and popcorn at the movies today, but I only go to the movies about once a year....

breakfast - salmon and zucchini in basil cream sauce -yum

Lunch - hamburger with cheddar cheese, garlic green beans

Dinner - went to a party... about one ounce of each: meatballs, shrimp, cheese, pork roast, a little fruit and a few bites of desert....  not great, but not terrible. sigh

vitamins - done

water - good

exercise - good
