Happy Memorial Day to the USians! I'll be celebrating by grilling, like a real American ;) I also had my monthly massage today and I'm feeling great. My therapist was super complimentary about my body's changes!

Exercise: REST DAY! (Both gyms are closed today, so I got a massage instead.)

D: Grilled Oriental Chicken Salad from Applebees (I ate less than half the chicken and a few forkfulls of the salad. Seemed like a waste but it tasted so good! Kept the leftover chicken, and brought the salad to my sister.)

was also a little bad and had a little diet coke and popcorn at the movies today, but I only go to the movies about once a year....

Lunch - hamburger with cheddar cheese, garlic green beans
Dinner - went to a party... about one ounce of each: meatballs, shrimp, cheese, pork roast, a little fruit and a few bites of desert.... not great, but not terrible. sigh
