feeling discouraged

My surgery was 24Apr, the first few weeks were great and I lost weight. Day of surgery I weighed in at 261, by 17May, I was down to 240.  As of today I've only lost an additional 2 lbs -that's 2 weeks and only 2 pounds! My calories are under 600-800, my protein is around 60-70g.  I feel like I'm failing at this too. Advice & encouragement appreciated.

your just in a stall it happens to all of us , usually around 3-6 weeks out , and happens every once and a while

it might help to increase protein to 80 gm and drink more water 65 oz is the minimum more helps so people lose more

Your most likely stalling..which will pass..

but also you didn't include your water intake...

you may need it increase water...

when I don't get my water in I gain!

its very important to the whole loosing process.

You can do it.  Hang in there and it'll come off.

You are doing great. This is just a stall and will pass soon. Just focus on getting your water and protein!

Stalls suck but are a normal part of this process so rejoice! your body is doing exactly what it is meant to do.  The stall is not a sign of failure but your bodies way of regulating itself.  I just came out of my third stall...3 weeks this time and I'm 5 months out.  I always lose inches and go down a size when I'm in a "scale stall" so even if the scale isn't moving it doesn't mean the fat isn't. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will find there will be months that you have big losses and some where you don't.

You will get there, keep your eyes on the prize!
