E - nothing day. Getting ready to go to a Jazz Festival in MD for the weekend.
Hi Ms. Shell. I love your positive attitude!!!! The weekend is almost here, luvin' it!
B: nothing (my bad but I'm not hungry ... just drank an iced coffee and now enjoying 2 cups of hot Teavana. I'm joining my co-workers on my work floor for a salad bar lunch. We all contributed toppings. I want to save some calories for this. I promise not to go crazy!!!
L: Salad (I plan on toppings such as grilled chicken, more veggies, maybe a sprinkle of cheese and/or egg. Plus, I brought my own lo cal dressing)
S: sweet peppers w/ cucumber dill "nonfat greek yogurt" dip
D: maybe soup if my cals are up from lunch. If not, I want some roasted chicken from the market deli!
