Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!
Ok, so this is Day 3 of no acid pain, so I am going to stick to the same food plan:
B: Premier chocolate shake (no benefiber today)
L: 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/4c diced peaches
S: String cheese
D: 2oz grilled chicken tenders with 1t mayo, poss sauteed morel mushroom and cabbage
Water: On trackish
Vitamins: On trackish
Exercise: 1.5m walk with the dogs later
Ya'll are so amazing!! I was sleeved in 2011. I have done okay for awhile but had forgotten how easily it is to slip. I also forgot how little we are supposed to eat and I do not drink my water. I haven't been on here in quite awhile but plan on checking in on Ms. Shell (thank you very much) and you others for inspiration. Here is mine for today:
B: Coffee with non dairy creamer, sugar
S: 2 oz. muenster cheese
L: 1/2 Gyro, minus the bread
S: snack size premiere protein shake
W: 24 oz. so far
V: Vit. D is all I take and yes I took it.
E: We will see, I did Stand Up Paddling yesterday for the first time for 3 hours and I am sore from head to toe.
Afternoon everyone! I'm having a great day. My job hunt is going fantastically -- although I'm questioning my timing. It might not be time for me to make a change, although the idea of not traveling every week is so attractive!
B - chike

L - crustless quiche & sweet potatoes
S - gy & blueberries
D - chicken cordon blue & bacon brussel sprouts
S - cottage cheese & blackberries
E - ice hockey & maybe yoga or pilates or a bike ride

Working hard to get back and de-carb because the last 5 days have been...well, let's just say it's been a ***** food-wise. And I've paid for it dearly :-(
B - 1 egg, 4 small strawberries, protein shake on way to work
S - yogurt w/chia seeds
L - grilled chicken/cheese sandwich
S - P3 Protein pack
D - homemade chicken enchilada casserole (flourless, you just put the "guts" of the enchilada into tiny little casserole dishes and bake it. Delicious!)
Water: on track
Vitamins: done
Exercise: skipping it tonight so I can go to our bariatric support group with hubby
I am sooo stressed out at work. Head hunger is a huge problem today.

Recipe for 12 . I use a 12 muffin tin.
10 eggs
Then add anything you want. Here is what I add.
1 chopped onion
1 chopped red pepper
diced ham
shredded cheddar cheese
mix all together and bake at 350c for 30 mins.
I pack in 3's and freeze. Pull out as needed.
