D - Lean Hamburger patty (I add chopped onion, bell pepper and seasonings while forming the patties and cook them inside, then add a little reduced sugar ketchup on the side. Tastes a lot like meat loaf = yum and easy!)

Day 6 post-op. Still on clear liquids(+protein), so I'm getting to my second 4oz. 30g. protein shake. Covered all my water today, 32oz.,but still a bit thirsty as I've really stepped up the walking. 11,200 today! Never thought I'd be the one to say it, but I really like it. I walked a lot in the hospital (even day 0) and find that it's the best way to reduce the gas pains. Feeling great, actually. Bored with the liquids, though. Also never thought I'd be anxiously looking forward to baby food.
