One month check-up

Also I got approved the first week of May, 2014 and my surg got my surgery scheduled for May 29 2014 just in case the insurance tried to back out again. So it definitely didn't take to long.

NSV - "non scale victory". Weight loss recorded on the scale is a victory, but so is looser clothing, seat belts getting longer, chairs getting bigger, etc. 

Re: eating slower.  Have you tried the App "Eat Slower"?
