watching a pig out at the family 4th of july picnic

I too stuck to my plan yesterday. I ended up going to an outside concert with friends that lasted until 1AM. Of course we had to stop at our favorite 24 hour burger/breakfast joint to end the night. I was done eating for the day and did not feel hungry so I sat and sipped water and watched everyone eat. They were having full meals at 1AM! Sadly, before VSG I would be right there with them. I was also one of the only sober people in the group. I felt empowered in a way, I have this awesome tool that allows me to stay on track even when everyone else around me is not.
