First NSV!!!

Today is the first day I feel I have a shareable NSV. I just walked/ jogged a 5+K, burned over 500 calories and hit a max speed of 5 mph. I am so proud of myself!! I going to find a 5K to participate in now that I know I can do it. I really hope this will be what I needed to break through this 2 week stall I've been in.
