I could not be more thrilled with my progress, but I am jiggling and it hurts... mainly in my thighs. When I try to run or walk quickly, my lose skin is moving all over. What are your fixes for this if you have this problem? Spanx??

Yup - compression garments are you friend!  Spanx are spendy - there's lot of other brands out there that get the job done for a lot less money.

I don't have a lot of jiggle in my thighs, but when I workout I wear old navy compression pants.  I have the capris because I'm only 5'3" and the full pants are way too long...but literally when I put them on I have to pull them up like I am wearing a pair of tights.  They're relatively cheap and I would definitely give them a try.  I would try these before I tried spanx because really you don't want to wear a ton of layers when you're working out.
