Step-By-Step Resource Guide?

I'm one clearance away from setting a date and know I'll get instructions from my physician (Dr. Keith Kim), but was wondering if there's a comprehensive guide for what to expect and how to handle post-op life in the 1st year or two.  Something that has actual food options, (I understand what mushy foods are, but is there an example list, etc.), let's you know what to expect, talks about the emotional and lifestyle effects of the surgery, etc.  Any good information is always welcomed.

I get a lot of that information just by reading posts and comments here, as well as the blogs of those who have them.  I've read a few books on the topic, but there's nothing I'd say was actually comprehensive.

My surgeon gives us a big notebook with everything clearly spelled out.  Food stages, examples, etc.
