The dreaded 4 week stall..... 23 lbs is awesome.... you will loose keep doing the right things and it will come off it has to.... don't worry its just a stall!!! :-)
I also had mine on 8/26 and I plan on only getting weighed at post op Dr or nut visits...the weighing all the time would make me crazy!! I'm just tracking every bite in MFP and living my new life.
