Just wondering? Had sleeve surgery August 26, 2014 and have lost about 23 lbs. Yet it seems as if in the last week I.i HAVE NOT LOST ANY WEIGHT, actually it appears as if I gained a lb or two??? I log everything I eat and I know I do not eat more than 800 calories a day. I'm getting in my protein most days, not eating fatty foods and I'm drinking my water. I haven't started exercising yet but still I WOULD THINK i WOULD BE LOSING WEIGHT!? Is it possible I've come to a stall or plateau already just 3 weeks post surgery? Strange???

You have hit the famous 3 week stall. It will break. Good job so far!

I'm going through the same thing, I'm three weeks post op nd I've only lost 23 lb I feel like ever since i started my puree diet I feel like I've gained or even stopped loosing weight.  Does any one else have or had this problem???

You've lost 23 pounds in less than a month?!  That's super awesome!!

Weight loss is not a constant steady thing.  You'll have stalls and plateaus and even day to day fluctuations in the upward direction.  If you want to maintain your sanity, get used to it ;)

Yup!!! Be prepared to stall. Its normal. Believe me it will eventually go away and you will lose, then stall again. You will gain and lose, try not to weigh yourself everyday. It only makes it worse.

You said you are not exercising.  Are you at least walking??  I'm 1 week post-op and am trying to take at least 2 walks outside each day...if not more.

I have had a number of stalls since February. One lasted for three weeks. Just keep eating on plan and your body will adjust and it will take off again.

I'm happy someone posted this. I had no idea about stalls so now I will not be as discouraged when one happens.  I am 6 days post surgery and have been (lightly) exercising since day 1. I would definitely recommend making that a part of your everyday routine starting asap. Best to make life changes now than to try to add them later.
