Follow-Up Visit
First of all, thanks to you all for the words of encouragement. I had my follow-up visit today and everything looks great! AND, I am on full liquids. YAY! I just had a 1/4 cup cream of broccoli soup mixed with 1/4 cup chicken broth and 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder. I SWEAR it was the best soup ever ate. I also stocked up on cottage cheese, cream of wheat and Dannon Lite & Fit Greek.
I am starting to feel human again, but with no hunger, and it is truly a wonderful feeling...

I will have to remember that saying. My mother always says "hard times will make a monkey eat red pepper". LOL. I guess when you haven't had the taste of real food in a while, just about anything tastes good!
