RNY to VSG
BI had my RNY reversed, and then revised to VSG on Mon 10/13/14. I can actually say that I loved my surgical choice, however I've had such severe anastomic ulcers over the last few years, I decided to revise.Still in the hospital, and so far doing well, other than pain. I was originally supposed to have the SIPS procedure, but my O2 and BP tanked in the OR. Frankly, I'm really pleased with what now have, and look forward to losing the 20 lb. rebound weight gain, but even happier to get rid of those danged ulcers. :)
Wishing you luck as you recover and I hope this does the trick for you! Ulcers can't be fun. I don't envy you so I am crossing fingers that this works and helps you out!
