Back to normal eating today. Though I think I did pretty well with Thanksgiving, it was still a disruption to my routine.

1. Syntrax Nectar shake

2. 3 Babybel cheeses

3. Omelette with bacon and american cheese.

4. Gruyere and spinach crustless quiche.

I have loved the turkey left overs. I never loved turkey before but this year I sure do!

My stove/oven is broken - so I just cooked two turkey thighs in my crockpot, and my daughter brought me over a drumstick.  Meat was nice and moist - delicious.
