Another Vitamin question
Do you need chewables? I've been taking these -- http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004N8TTBQ/ -- they're super small and easy to swallow. I started out taking two a day when my D was super low but now my D is awesome so I'm doing one a day.
How much does your doc say you should be taking a day?

Be careful of prescription D. Usually it is D2, which won't do you much good. D3 is absorbed much better.

I don't think they have any decent gummy or chewables. What you want is D3, which is absorbed better. The standard dose is 400iu that is included with Calcium or multi's. You can get 1000 iu of D3 at Walmart. They are pills, and they're small, so you can swallow them. Another option are patches from patchMD.com
