Har har, Gwen. :)   Good advice to get used to them, huh?  It's amazing.  If you told me at any other point in my life that I would have lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks, I would have been over the MOON.  But suddenly I stop for a few days and I'm all "WHAT'S GOING ON HERE!?!?"

:)

Seriously, me too.  My partner is like "OMG FOCUS ON THE BIG PICTURE" and I'm like "OMG MY WEIGHT HASN'T MOVED SINCE THANKSGIVING" and then he's like "YOU SUCK, MOST PEOPLE GAIN WEIGHT OVER THANKSGIVING!!!"

Heh.

That's the exact time frame as my stall. Frustrating to say the least.

But......

When my stall ended, about 9 days I think, the weight started coming off for real.

A couple of days I shed 4 lbs a day.

When you get to know your sleeve, It gets easier everyday. And better, I think the body holds fat when worried

About diminished intake. Then when adjusted it lets it go. And man, does it let it go.

Don't sweat it, stick to your program and it will break.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, happytoloose.  You're probably right about the body's stress and holding onto fat.  I'm going to do my best to BE PATIENT. :)
