3 weeks post VSG - TMI diarrhea
Ok, bear with me, for the last couple weeks, I have had diarrhea. I sometimes go a couple days with "nada", feel constipated, then diarrhea. Now it is several times a day. I don't feel sick, but of course it is just unpleasant. I think I have been getting enough fiber. Can't drink milk right now, could this be lactose intolerance? No tummy upset eating yogurt or cheese. Or is it all normal?
your probably just starting to eat food ,every plan is different,but unless your taking fiber supplements your not getting enough at this time , I had diarrhea till I started solid foods , then constipation starts , mom will be your best friend, regular coffee helps me alot , but check with your surgeon when you can have it
your not eating much solid food at this point , little in little out so a few times a week is normal
