I would imagine you could sub the Olive Oil for cooking spray and cut those calories back a bit (for those who watch fat as well). I figure that would cut 60 calories from each serving.
Of course, I can't think it would affect the recipe other than less cals. I made mine with veggies only and it was so good! Let me know how you like it?
I'll be trying this next time I go grocery shopping. I love mushrooms on my 'za so this should be perfect ( minus the tomatoes LOL). Thank you. I'll review when done
