My arms rock
Yesterday I had a really neat experience at physical therapy. I was doing an arm thing at the wall and my therapist moved the full length mirror in front of me so that I could be more aware of my form. Since I'm getting physical therapy for my shoulder, I wear tank tops so the first thing I was painfully aware of were my batwings - eek! But then I started noticing that, under that excess skin, I've got REALLY rocking arms. Seriously! Where did those come from? My arms look amazing! It was a huge revelation to me and while I'm sure the exercise helped me, realizing that I love my arms, extra skin and all, was even more helpful. :D

It's a great feeling. Never let the excess skin define us.
