3 years since my sleeve

My surgery was in 2011. By my one year anniversary I'd lost 59 pounds and weighed 199. By the following June, I was 185 and at my two year anniversary I was 174. This year I was 175. I didn't worry about the pace because it was consistent and in the same direction. I'm happy with where I am, I'm 5' 10", my doctors are happy too, and I've never felt as good in my life. I wish the same satisfaction for you.
