VENTING
Hi
I know you said that *you know* it's water. But yah, it's really frustrating to see on the scale. I weigh myself every morning. I feel it keeps me accountable and on track. But when I'm going through a stall, it serves no good purpose.
Sorry if this is TMI, but have you been regular? I struggle with this, and have to take some MOM once a week. If you're backed up, you'll retain more fluid (amongst other things ).
Stay strong - you'll get past this :-)
I experienced a similiar situation. What helped me get through it was to put my scale away for a few weeks. I now weigh myself only once per week. At the beginning when you are losing weight so quickly, the scale is great. At this point, it will fluctuate. My advice, put the scale away for a while and enjoy the hard work you have done to achieve a 100 lb loss. That is amazing!!!!
Fluctuations suck. No doubt about it!
