dinner - pesto chicken or beef stew, I'm not sure which I'd prefer.

I'm finally back at work today. It was rought this morning and I may have sat in the car for 10 minutes before walking into the building. I think getting back into my routine or my new normal will help with me eating!!

Yeah....its day 22 and I can have soft food.

S - premier protein shake (takes time to get this down)

D- turkey breast in crockpot and green beans
so stoked to chew other than SF Popsicle.

E- 20 min treadmill 10 min elliptical (just starting back at gym)
