dinner - pesto chicken or beef stew, I'm not sure which I'd prefer.

I'm finally back at work today. It was rought this morning and I may have sat in the car for 10 minutes before walking into the building. I think getting back into my routine or my new normal will help with me eating!!

I got creative for lunch,  Chicken Avocado salad.  I put chicken breast and avocado in my Ninja  hit the button then added about one tablespoon lowfat mayo.  I put about 2 1/2 oz on a multigrain flat bread.    Filling, tasty and full of protein.

Yeah....its day 22 and I can have soft food.

S - premier protein shake (takes time to get this down)

L- 1/2 of slice cheese and ham, mustard

D- turkey breast in crockpot and green beans

so stoked to chew other than SF Popsicle.

E- 20 min treadmill 10 min elliptical (just starting back at gym)

W- daily job and struggle
