Happy Monday!  I need to figure out what the plan is for dinner, so I figure I might as well get this post going.  

1: frankenshake
2: seared ahi tuna, 1/2 avocado
3: beef chuck tender roast (the site this is from is sickening, so I can't bring myself to link to it), slow cooker barley and pine nut casserole

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain) - I think my back has finally recovered from last week's Pound class...

B:  1/2 DD everything bagel cored out and toasted with 1/2 lite veggie cream cheese

L: inside of chicken enchilladas at Mex restaurant, with guac, little sour cream

S:  animal crackers (ok, I already ate these : /   )

E:  Hoping rain holds off enough to walk

I woke up in an exceptionally good  mood today. Love it when that happens and it is a fantastic way to start the week. 

B: Protein Shake

L: TJ's Chicken Asada. I WILL make this today. 

D: 1/2 Buffalo burger, slice of cheese and 1/3 c green beans

W&V: behind but will get on it as soon as I post

E: Going to a fitness class tonight and will do a short 30 minute walk over lunch

Gwen, how do you keep your other 1/2 avocado from training brown. I tried lime juice but this morning it is still brown. Any tips?

What I've found is that creating a barrier to prevent air from getting to it is the best.  So.. I put the half avocado in a tupperware of water, cut side down, and pop it in the fridge.  The next day it'll have a few teeny brown spots, but nothing that changes the taste at all.

I'm starting an 8 week fitness challenge with some friends today! I'm excited to have some people to help me be motivated.

E-20 minutes on the bike this morning and a jog this evening

 water 4 days from surgery...1/2 protein drink. water...1/2 c jello make with protein  drink. another protein shake, more water and greek yogurt for my last snack. water water water!
