Congratulations! Way to go!

I could so relate to you saying you haven't been that low since 1984...I had my youngest child in 82 and 1st hit the 200 mark. Right now I am pre-op hoping to crack the 300 mark and see 299 in the next few weeks from practicing my new way of eating.

Onederland just seems SO far off for now..enjoy!

Enjoy breaking out the 300's forever!  Our starting weights are similar and you will be amazed at how soon you will be closer to 199 than to 299.  Just keep plugging away!  (I have to constantly remind myself of this too!)
