NSV

Yesterday I was walking to my car but my right arm was full of stuff and my keys were in my right pocket. I was actually able to reach my left hand all the way in my pocket and get my keys!

Oh those NSV's are wonderful...Congratulations.

I was able to wear a blouse that, last year, I had to have the bottom buttons opened in order to fit it over my stomach. Now people say it looks big on me. Gotta love it! These are the things that keep us motivated. Keep reminding yourself of all the good changes that have occurred.
