Good morning! I'm feeling particularly great this morning because I'm wearing a cute new dress I got from Stitch Fix and my next fix is coming on Monday!

B: scrambled egg with steak and cheese

L: leftover chili

D: pork country ribs cooked in the crock pot with BBQ sauce

S: yogurt and granola if I feel like I need it

W & V: on track

E: probably not today

Good Morning to you as well. I am now 3 months out and loving this new healthy feeling. I am smaller than what I have been in 10 years. its amazing.

B: Greek yogurt with mixed nuts

L: Almond milk with Peanut butter and protein shake

S: Cottage cheese

D: Garlic Shrimp with tomatoes and Pea pods (my favorite recipe)

E: Cleaning the house, Treadmill 10 minutes Slow @ 2.5 mph

E: walking at Disneyland and Downtown Disney

W: on track to 80 ounces

I love the days we get our walking in at D-Land, it hardly feels like we're exercising at all

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

Busy day today, kidney specialist, flu shots and quick run to the construction site of our new house - but still having fun celebrating our anniversary. My husband loves to extend those kinds of events. I hope everyone's having a great day!

Breakfast: Syntrax Nectar protein drink - 1 1/2 scoops

Lunch: Devon Restaurant in Oak Brook IL - grilled flat iron steak and green beans

Dinner: leftover flat iron steak and green beans from Devon's delicious lunch

V & Water: on track

E: just made 10,000 steps and will try for more

Love stitch fix! I get my next one next week! My last one everything was too big....it was so nice going on there changing my clothing size to smaller sizes!!

I had a really lazy day today other than housework. Tonight hubby and I are going to the movies to see Crimson Peak and I made sure to stay away from carbs all day so I could have some popcorn tonight! I'm even bringing a measuring cup with me so I can be sure to monitor my portion!

B: coffee with premier protein, 15 almonds

L: stuffed sweet mini peppers

S: 2oz cottage cheese and 1 oz avocado, 1/2 premier protein shake

D: popcorn at the theater and a cheese stick

W:still working on it, planning on smuggling it into the movies

V: doNE

E: none today... I made the decision to keep my lazy day pure. I really feel like i need these days off sometimes
