Instant Pot Recipe Links

We have a group of newbie Instant Pot users so I thought I would post some links for recipes. Also, try the site copymethat.com. You can put an extension onto Chrome, then with a click of a button save recipes quickly. You can also do a search on that site for Instant Pot and it pulls up a slew of them. I also have a pdf I can send you if interested.

The facebook group is also a fantastic resource. You can be right in the middle of cooking, post a question, and somebody will answer. Loads of ideas, tips and recipes go through there as well.

Cookbooks that I love:

Bob Wardens Great Food Fast and Slow Food Fast. (used most since getting the IP)

The Great Big Pressure Cooker Recipes (note: some on the Facebook group complain you need special ingredients too frequently- some recipes are like that. There are so many though that it is a very comprehensive book written for electric cookers and stove top cooker times- a real plus given I use both types.)

Anything by Lorna Sass but be warned times are for stove top cookers so adjustments may be needed.
