When is 1st follow-up?

when is the first doctor visit after the sleeve?  How often do you go in the beginning?

Doctors have very different plans. You need to ask yours what their schedule is.

Of course. I was wondering and hoping it will be before I return to work. I took tw weeks off and don't want to have to take off as soon as I am back. As it is I have to take off some time my third day back to bring my husband to his doctor appointment. I don't want to keep calling the surgeon's office with tons of questions. It took a few days just to get the paper work I needed to submit to work to take 2 weeks off! 

your surgeons office is really the only ones who can answer these kinds of questions. 

They are not clones so we really don't have any idea. 

Every doctor is different but here is how mine has gone/goes:

First follow up: 1 week post-op
Second: 1 month
Third: 3 months
Fourth: 6 months
Fifth: 12 months

From there it's every 6 months to a year.

I don't yet know how often I'll be going, but I know that the first post-op for me is 11 days after my surgery. It's just the only post-op visit I have scheduled so far!

My first post-op visit was three weeks after the surgery.
